The hotel’s restaurant is situated on the ground floor at the entrance making it highly visible and accessible for potential walk-in visitors. The former hotel’s restaurant was also known for its cuisine and was a popular haunt for local dignitaries.

The Beyt al Salaam Restaurant has had a loyal customer base and has been well-known for its cuisine from its time as ‘Beyt al Chai’ which is an element that has been further developed by the Executive chef in charge.

The sea food restaurant is known for its fusion of Zanzibari and Indian Ocean cuisine with its signature dish, the succulent Coconut crab soup. The restaurant provides a high standard culinary experience which includes fresh pastas, seafood casseroles, grilled lobsters and meat dishes such as beef filet mignon. Located on the ground floor facing Kelele Square makes it easily accessible and highly visible to attract walk-in guests. There is an availability of a wide selection of fine wines

Our delicately prepared cuisine is a delicious fusion of both new and Zanzibari traditional recipes, served in its own unique style. Dinner is the event here. Served between 18:00 hrs & 22:00 hrs, the menu transforms into a fine dining candlelight experience of culinary creations especially prepared by our Executive Chef. Begin your evening with our signature dish, the succulent Coconut crab soup, and then go through our menu from fresh pastas to seafood casserole, from grilled lobsters, beef filet mignon; all will be transporting you in a delicious culinary experience.
